How It Works

Consultation & Quote
We calculate your project quote based on the cost of untinted paint or primer, plus the price of the pigments required to achieve your custom shade. -
Sample Creation
Our team requires a minimum of 72 hours to prepare your custom colour samples. -
Sample Approval
Paint samples are shipped to you for approval. Your confirmation is required before any full-size paint orders are mixed or dispatched. -
Final Production
Once you approve the sample, your full order will be prepared and shipped.
Service Conditions
The price includes sample preparation and shipping to the customer for approval. The project quote is based on the cost of untinted paint or primer plus the cost of the required pigments. A minimum of 72 hours is needed to create the custom colour, after which paint samples are shipped to the customer for approval. Colour approval must be confirmed by the customer before the full batch of paint is mixed or shipped.
We are not responsible if the colour or appearance created with the paint does not match the customer’s expectations after the custom colour samples have been approved.
We can offer wall samples of the paint shade for an additional fee of $15. No effects will be applied to the wall samples; they are for shade reference only.
