Returns

Tintural is committed to keeping an adequate supply of the products sold on its website.  In case that we are out of stock on all or part of your order we will notify you and let you know how long it will take approximately to fill the entire order. At that point you can let us know how you want us to proceed with your order.

Tintural takes great care and diligence when packing and shipping all orders to ensure the integrity of the Product, accuracy and efficiency. However, in the Customer desires to return a Product, Customer must comply with this:

-Customer has thirty (30) days from delivery date to return Products purchased from Tintural. Any return requests submitted to Tintural after such delay shall not be accepted by Tintural.

- Item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect.

 

Refund

2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.  


Return Exceptions 

-Some items cannot be returned if they are opened. This includes all liquid paints. 
-Merchandise that has been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.  

Restocking Fee 

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.  

Exchanges 

If your item is in like-new condition, you may exchange the item for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping. 

 

Damage Claims & discrepancies

Damage

Customer must inspect its order thoroughly upon receipt. In the event of damage or shortage that is not due to the fault or negligence of customer, Customer must report such damage or shortage within five (5) business days to Tintural and provide documentation by the carrier prior to Customer accepting the package/shipment. If damaged in-transit, the carrier must perform an inspection. Customer shall not accept any shipment until carrier makes a damage notation on the delivery slip/way bill. If a package arrives damaged, note the damage and email us immediately. If the driver is still present, ask that the damage be noted. This will expedite shipping claims. The carrier may wish to inspect the package before paying a claim. All claims must be made within 5 days after receipt of shipment. Save damaged merchandise and packing materials until claim is settled.

Discrepancies

Please inspect your shipment carefully upon arrival. Customers have 5 days from delivery to report any discrepancy between what was ordered and what was actually shipped.
