Delivery

Orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Thursday, excluding holidays. Your order will be filled in 1-2  business days and sent out for delivery. We typically ship "Expedited" but if you require the product faster, please  contact us and request faster shipping.  There will be an additional charge for further decreasing the shipping time.

No insurance is made on shipments by Tintural unless arranged by Customer prior to shipping. Tintural assumes no responsibility or liability for loss or damage by reason of delay or inability to ship for any reason whatsoever.

Customer agrees and acknowledges that Tintural is not responsible for shipment delays or failures to ship due to a Force Majeure Event, seasonal supply disruptions or other causes beyond the reasonable control of Tintural and Tintural shall not be held liable for any loss resulting therefrom.

We use all major carriers to provide best and fastest service, including UPS, Canpar, Puralotor, Fedex, Canada Post and USPS.

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

Where do we ship?

We ship anywhere in Canada and the USA and most locations worldwide. Please contact us for specific location requests outside North America.

Shipping Rates

Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

 

IN CANADA: Free shipping on orders over $125 CDN, under $125 CDN a maximum shipping fee of $15.95 CDN will be applied.

IN THE USA*: Free shipping on orders over $125 USD, under $125 USD a maximum shipping fee of $15.95 USD will be applied.

* excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Federated States of Micronesia, Marshall Islands, a shipping fee of $18.95 USD applies.

Unless otherwise agreed by Tintural in an invoice, Customer shall be responsible for, and shall pay when due, all shipping, handling, taxes and governmental-related charges of any kind, including, without limitation, duties, custom fees, tariffs, and any other fees imposed by any government or government agency on the Products sold.
